Suggestion Name: Changing the /follow In-Game permissions to public or private.

Suggestion Description: The /follow command allows you to set your GPS Navigation to the player in the 'Players Nearby TAB'  but this will only work if your friends with the player.

Why should it be added?:  I am suggesting, if we can possibly make this /follow command to work with all players in the tab, it would be better and helpful as if you are joining a convoy from another city, it is easier to track the convoy in game rather than opening the TMP Map and see where it is heading.
