Is this allowed in Truckersmp Its a light in the dark truck I found like a mod and I was driving around with it and no one seemed to care there's different colours and its not that bright?

no its my truck and trailer the purple bit it glows in the dark I'm asking if I'm aloud to use it and cant get banned?

I suppose the glowing is an local mod, so you're allowed to use it as you are the only one able to see it.

As written in rule

§3 - Save Editing

Causing extreme lag or game crashes by save editing is not permitted. Extreme lag will not occur from duplicate parts unless the amount is truly excessive. If you save edit to create a very long trailer combination but cannot safely handle it, you are liable to be banned for reckless driving and/or blocking and it is recommended that you remove the particular modification(s). If the Game Moderation Management thinks that your modification is not fit for our servers or negatively impacts other people, you are liable to be banned until the modification has been removed.

 

If the player cause you extreme lag or game crashes you can report him on TMP report system.

 

Also as answer of your question I think it's not a problem to drive with truck and trailer like this on the photo.
