I'm not sure about winter physics mod, because what if i will download heavy winter physics and crash because of road slippery? will I get banned? Obviously i don't mean situation if i will go 110km/h but for example 70 or 60

It's clearly stated that you will be held responsible for any rule violations that could be caused for using the Winter physics add-on, so yes, you can be banned if you crash other players in case you lose control of your vehicle.

Hello, @Tilod as Fernando said, there is no change in the rules. If you want to drive or try the winter physics mode, I recommend you to drive on the "Arcade" server without collision.

Testing was done with the previous physics mod and it was determined that it was not safe for anyone to drive, especially through Calais to Duisburg. Now, they've introduced a new physics mod which should be safe to drive. However, as stated previously, you are responsible for any rule violations caused by this add-on. That is mentioned in https://truckersmp.com/knowledge-base/article/84, bolded on line five. Hope that helps.

Realize that when you are operating your vehicle whether it would be the truck or passenger vehicle you are in control of while on the TMP server you are liable for any action that would be seen as reckless or endangering others. This means even though you have the winter physics mod installed and working you should properly know how to operate your vehicle in such a condition that if you were to lose control you could regain control of it because causing an issue to any approaching driver. If you are not capable of doing this but continue to keep the modification activated then you would be banned from the server. Hopefully I have answered your question correctly and gave you the required information

As stated above, installing the physics is at your own risk, and if you are caught to be breaking the rules you will be banned.
