Suggestion Name: Newsletter for who joins and leaves the TruckersMP Staff Team.

Suggestion Description: The Newsletter each month would be an awesome addition to TruckersMP (on the website), yes it may be hard work for tmp to do this, but I also feel that it would be a great idea.

Why should it be added?: I feel like some people are curious about who left and joins the staff team each month, as well as who got promoted. The TruckersMP staff changes topic is something like that, but for people who missed it, they can check the newsletter and see who got promoted, joins, or leaves.
