hi i have a question is there a possibility from somewhere on mp involved in testing things on tmp? before they release it? be something like a tester? Thank you

Unfortunately there is no testing team which you can apply to.
However, there are other roles in staff in which you can get involved and help with. You can apply to those in our recruitment page: https://truckersmp.com/recruitment
Please make sure you do read the requirements before applying though.
