Hello,

I'll give you some solutions about this problem, hope they help you.

1) Avoid using Wi-Fi.

2) Avoid uploading or downloading and playing MP at the same time.

3) Avoid doing Windows Updates at the same time.

4) Avoid having too many users or devices at the same time into your network.

5) Avoid using streaming services at the same time.

6) Check your firewall settings into your router/switch.

7) Prefer using servers nearest to your location.

? Try to talk with your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and see if you can come up with a solution. Ask your ISP if they support internet profiles such as Fast path or Interleave and ask for Interleave. Interleave will raise your ping but it will do more packet checks by your ISP.

And the following is what I some times send, to help with troubleshooting ?

One way to monitor your connection issue, is by typing into console "g_developer 16" (Without the " ")

In order to remove it put it back to "g_developer 1"

The above command will bring the below panel which will show information about your internet connection. The ones which you are mostly interested in are Packetloss last second and Packetloss total.

The optimal is always having 0 but if you see that those values are rising then you should worry for not having a stable connection or your pc being overloaded/not able to keep up (If its not stable, there can be many reasons for that)

This is what the command brings up: https://imgur.com/R8tMyzK

After the command has been activated, drive around, keep an eye out for: Packetloss last second and Packetloss total. And most importantly: Keep an eye on the road ?

Oh and, no need to hurry. Take your time, setup your wheel and all (If you do own a wheel), and go ahead and test it ?

Also, if you can record a video where we can see what the values are, it might also be easier for us to tell if its one thing or the other (PC or internet. Also, if it's being recorded, you don't have to keep an eye out for the packetloss numbers. You'll just be able to check them after an 'Unreliable connection' kick) ?

In case you don't have the Dev console, follow the below step by step guide on how to enable it:

1) Open the "config.cfg" file with a text editor such as notepad in the directory of ETS2 in your documents folder

2) Set uset g_developer "0" to uset g_developer "1"

3) Set uset g_console "0" to uset g_console "1"

It usually has to do with PC specs, mainly if you have an HDD I think that's the biggest culprit of this, if your game takes too long to load and players don't load fast enough (if you're in a highly populated area). It's something that TMP has to fix. There's this suggestion that's open for discussion on the forum about it if you want to check it out, give it some attention so it may be considered:
