W razie niesłuchania się Przedstawiciel firmy musi usnąć dana osobę z konwoju. Jeśli to nie nastąpi cała firma zostaje wykluczona z konwoju Zakaz wyprzedzania, spowalniania, oraz wyprzedzania na konwoju (chyba że zostanie udzielona zgoda przez pilota prowadzącego lub kończącego) Firma która bierze udział w konwoju będzie miała przypisany kanał na CV radiu do swobodnych rozmów (Może być tam pilot i słuchać rozmów) Przedstawiciel firmy jest zobowiązany dogadać się 10 minut przed starem konwoju o pozycji CV radia dla danej firmy z Organizatorami konwoju 5 minut przed starem pilot lub Organizator konwoju opowiada o trasie którą będą jechać. W razie przeszkadzania osoba dostaje muta n serwerze discord aż do opuszczenia konwoju (2 upomnienia) Pilot ustala daną prędkość chwilę przed startem konwoju (Lądówka, Miasto, Autostrada [droga szybkiego ruchu]) Rozmowy na discordzie oraz przebieg całego konwoju jest nagrywana OD początku DO końca - Obsługa imprezy może blokować skrzyżowania i drogi zbliżające się do skrzyżowań, aby kierować konwojem. - Zabronione jest wyprzedzanie. - Personel eventowy przejmujący konwój nie może być wykonywany przez więcej niż 2 członków na raz. - Obsługa wydarzenia może jechać niewłaściwą drogą, gdy drogi mają TYLKO centralną barierę rezerwacyjną. Zgodnie z zasadą powyżej. - Darmowy roaming jest zabroniony.
