New DLC

Hi guys,

 

My friend just bought all the DLC adding map, but they are not on TruckersMP. How can we do to see all the DLC on TruckersMP ? We already launched ETS and there was the DLC so we don't know

Hello @AturaGamesFrance, 

 

this Article over here will Help you and your Friend. -> Register your Games

 

After doing the part with the Game, head to your TruckersMP Profile and do following:

 

-> Profile

-> Settings

-> Linked Games / DLC

-> Press on Check DLC

 

After that, you'will need to wait a little till TruckersMP register all your DLC's and Games from your Steam Profile. 

 

At the End, it should look like this (only ETS, only ATS or both as on Picture):

Answer to your question/issue:

• If your friend has bought a new dlc, he must go to the TruckersMP website and check the dlcs - his DLC will be found and verified. -  Click on ''Linked games / DLC'' tab and click on ''Check DLC'' button below.https://truckersmp.com/profile/settings (do not forget it may take some times around 10-15 mins)

 

 

 

• Also please keep in mind, that your friend must have his steam set to public mode!

Once his DLC will be added and verified he can start playing

NO it's still not solved.

We have already done all of these things. Ckecked the DLC on steam. Steam said all the DLC are okay. Then we checked the DLC on Truckers website and all the DLC are written on the website.

But In game, we still don't have the DLC.

My friend want to refund hes DLC if its still not working. I have no idea... Have you other solutions ?

Please try the following solution I am going to show you here:

 

Step 1:
1. Open Steam, go to the LIBRARY -> GAMES
2. Right-click on Euro Truck Simulator 2  or American Truck Simulator and open Properties
3. After the Properties window has opened click LOCAL FILES tab and press BROWSE LOCAL FILES
4. A folder with game files opens. Remember the path to this folder

 

Step 2:
1. Click Start -> Run (or WIN+R)
2. Type regedit and hit enter
3. Follow the path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TruckersMP
4. Look at the value parameter "InstallLocationETS2" for Euro Truck Simulator 2 or "InstallLocationATS" for American Truck Simulator

 

Step 3:
1. Copy the folder address from Step 1
2. Change the value parameter "InstallLocationETS2" or "InstallLocationATS" to the previously copied folder address.
3. Click OK.

Steo 4:
1. Check the DLCs once again on our website

2. Start TruckersMP
