Flashing orange lights.

I saw some trucks ingame with flashing orange lights in front of there trucks.I guess it was not beacon or indicators (blinker) it look very different flashing with some type of random pattern only in orange colour.Can anyone tell me what is it and if it’s a mod can you tell me how to do it? Thanks.

The "Flashing lights" are strobe lights (warning lights) and are available in the "Special Transport" DLC.

If you're talking about those auxiliary lights that are placed in front and on top of the truck's cab, which when the warning lights are turned on, they flash together, it's about Save Editing.

If you're talking about the flashing lights, in orange, the famous rotating lights that are on top of the truck's cab, it is possible to install without doing the save edit, the game itself gives some options Rotating headlamp lights, but when buying the DLC from “Special Transport” you will have other options of rotating lights.
