Ban

Hi !

 

One week ago I got a 1 week ban. I wanted to do an appeal but I was not home. Now the ban is in my profile, but I have the video that is showing that is not really my fault.

Can I do something to remove this ban or it's too late ?

you cannot appeal bans that have already expired.

You are allowed to complain about your ban over the feedback system if you cannot appeal your ban anymore, but only for a specified time.

Please refer to the rules, specifically §5.3 in this case.

Greetings ! Hope you and your family is doing well.Sas to hear about your ban.What you can do is 

1)go to truckersmp home page 

2)login your account

3)Tap the your profile name

4)a drop down menu will appear and from there click feedback

5)Click create feedback.

6)fill the required details and when asked about which department click on game moderation department.

7)give your explanation and video evidence in the comment box.

8)after few hours or 2 days ,  go to feedback section and check the status of your feedback ticket.The staff might take from few hours to 3 days to respond.So be patient.

HOPE YOU GET OFF THAT BAN FROM YOUR PROFILE AND DO UPDATE US FROM TKME TO TIME.

If you can prove your innocence, you were banned by mistake.

As far as I know, ban by mistake will be removed from the punishment history.
