Cannot buy caravan and it does not show up in the trailer shop

Like the title says, i am trying to buy a caravan for my car but it does not show up in the shop, only the standard trailers show and not the modded ones. I can also not see jobs with the caravan in the freight market. I have the skills that i need to use the caravan, so i cannot figure it out.

Hope someone can help with this.

The caravan isn't available everywhere.
