Improve Steam game time

Recently, I found that many novice players did not master the basic game control guide. Therefore, after completing the basic time of 2 hours, the multiplayer mode is connected. As far as I know, some players directly enable background running. And then run for two hours. Therefore, they don't know much about the basic control guide of the game. Therefore, players who violate the rules do not have any downward trend. In this regard, I think the game time should be increased from 2 hours to 5 hours or even higher. What do you think of this? Increasing the required time to join multiplayer won't necessarily make users more familiar with the game.

Because you don't have any control over what users do in that time, be it 2 hours, 5 hours, or more.

I'd find it more useful if new users are required to have a specific number of world if trucks jobs accomplished. That would at least make sure that they didn't sit idle.
