Been permanently banned, seeking a solution

Hello; My game account has been permanently blocked. The reason given by the administrator is § 2.1 ⟹ hacker / bug / function abuse, but I did not open the plug-in, mainly because  The game was stuck at that time. Is there any solution to this? Please help me, thank you very much.

You can appeal your ban if you think that your ban isn't valid or not has been issued in a fair way; https://truckersmp.com/appeals
Ban appeals will be reviewed within 3 days after their creation date.

I can see that you've appealed your ban, so there's nothing else we can do here (It's pretty much all in the Game Moderators hands)

In case you don't feel like your appel has been handled correctly, or your appeal has been waiting for more than 72 hours. You can make a feedback ticket for the Game Moderation Management.

 

Here's how:

 

1. Go to www.TruckersMP.com

2. Go to the top of the page
3. Mouse over your name
4. Select Feedback
5. Click 'New Feedback'
6. Select 'Game Moderation Management' in Category
7. Write your message in the Explain field and send it
