Any Sim Pilots Here?

With how beautiful Microsoft Flight Simulator is with its game world, I was wondering how many TruckersMP drivers take a break from driving to fly around on the air's highways. What type of plane do you enjoy flying in and do you enjoy commercial flights or more relaxing flights in Cessna planes? And for the more experienced pilots, do you use mods and what is your favorite one?

I did fly in X-plane 11 last year and a few times last month but stopped cause it got a bit boring. Flew the A319 and 737 by zibo (modified from the default 737) on vatsim, so only commercial airliners.

Unfortunately, I do not have it, but I would be interested in distracting myself in something like that

I'm a long-time flight simmer and have also been active on VATSIM since 2006, as pilot and as ATC.

 

Depending on the aircraft, I used FS9, FSX, X-Plane 9 or 10.

 

I love props, and I especially enjoyed flying the "Connie"  (Lockheed Super Constellation), the Douglas DC-6 and the Boeing B-314.

As a challenge, the latter I navigated by dead reckoning and celestial navigation. Very complex topic, but very interesting as well.

 

However, flying short hops VFR with a simple Cessna C-152 or C-172 is the pastime I enjoy the most.

I'm not really a sim pilot. I had MFS from Xbox game pass, but I only played it for like 1 hour. It was a nice game, but I didn't really like it since I don't have a joystick. If I had a joystick, I'm sure I would enjoy the game more. Because the scenery is just amazing.

I have did flight sims before and I must say it's really great, planning to do it again soon hopefully.

Dear Farm Shark.

 

I'm here just to let you know that I'm about to purchase MFS very soon, tomorrow most likely, so yeah, I'm gonna be there up in the sky, call me a big aviation maniac since I was born.

 

..and let's not forget to mention something, I've spent my entire SAMP & FiveM career on flying, simple as, I'm not just a simple trucker, I'm a spotter, Wannabe ATC, whatever else you can imagine.
