launcher not opening, screenshot attached

yesterday i played fine with some friends, went to sleep, shut down my pc, and now i can't access truckersmp because the launcher not opening, tried searching the forum for solutions (ets2 file integrity check, dotnet fix, running launcher as admin) nothing works, here is attached screenshot of the error screen of the launcher.

Hello

  Can you check your internet connection? If you can, restart the modem.  Connecting to a VPN when starting TMP

Solution 2: Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder. Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher" Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates"

first of all thanks for the reply, first i tried solution 2 cause i don't know any good (and preferably free) vpn services, it still didn't work. 

 

then i tried it with a vpn i ended up using zenmate 5 free trial cause at this time my family is also using the internet and i can't restart the modem, and this solution works.

 

so.. something wrong with my ip address and i need to restart my modem? or i'm just stuck and have to use vpn to play truckersMP? Thanks for the help!

problems solved, connecting first with a vpn then disconnecting it before pressing drive solved it for me, now i don't need vpn to connect i still don't know if its something i did or my isp changed the wan ip or something, thanks guys!
