How to get a link onto a Image on the VTC page

So i am going to ask here since no one is helping me via Discord

 

Does anyone know how to get a Website link and a photo onto the same thing So what i mean is when you click the image it sends you to the website on TMP vtc page? Does anyone know how to do this???
