What do you think is going to happen with SCS making their own multiplayer?

SCS convoy is kinda a niché mp. It has ots pros and cons, same as TMP. That said, i played on convoys for maybe 2 hours and havent gone back to it since. I just orefer TMP.

 

As for the numbers being low (my apologies but i skimmed, i didnt read every post), those who updated to try 1.41 convoys cant get back to 1.40 like they used to unless they backed up there save games from 1.40 of im not mistaken, and not many backup before loading an update. Not saying numbers will be as high as before, but I certainly dont think the sky is falling on TMP either the way some are reacting.

you are not mistaken! I lost 134 levels and 780.000 miles on my main profile !

I played round about 20 hours in SCS Convoy with my friends. I'm serious, i don't miss TMP because i drove in TMP also only with my friends. In TMP you will never see the other players who come towards you again anyway. In Convoy i can drive with my friends with AI cars and have a lot of fun, without any trolls who screaming in CB, road blocking, crashing, reckless driving or thousands of miles of empty roads like in TMP.

 

In future i will use TMP only for ProMods Server to drive ProMods with my friends. When SCS updates convoy and mods are supported in Convoy, then i also don't need TMP ProMods.

I honestly didn't try the new multiplayer because I don't like to play (singalpleyer).
So I prefer TMP because I have unique experiences with players from all over the world.
