Hi @W@LKER.

 

I'll leave a solution down here.

 

Notes: But before performing these steps, make sure your Steam profile is set to 'Public'.

Also, you should play 2 hours in singleplayer before you link your game.

 

  1. Go to the official TruckersMP website (https://truckersmp.com/)
  2. Go to your TruckersMP profile.
  3. Head to your profile settings.
  4. Come to the page named 'Linked Game/DLC'
  5. Make sure that you read my notes and click 'Check Games'.

It should be fixed.

Here, I will going to post you some solutions and steps regarding your problem with registering ATS to your TruckersMP account

 

Important things: 

  1.  Make sure your Steam profile in privacy settings is public as it's stated here

2. Then  go to your TruckersMP profile - Linked Games/DLC as the picture shows above and click "Check Games". https://truckersmp.com/profile/settings

3. Then please wait few minutes, about 15 mins to connect your game to your TruckersMP Account

 

4. If you have not installed American Truck Simulator game in your launcher - please re-install TMP launcher with marked both games (ETS2, ATS) as you can see on this screenshot.

 

Clear re-instalation: 

  • Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
  • Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)
  • Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
  • Go to documents and delete this folders called (ETS2MP, ATSMP) 
  • Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
  • Go to TruckersMP  website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/  -- install it with both games as you can see here zfOKHwM.png
  • Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates"

 

 

It should be fixed, but  if you are still experiencing issues connecting to the game, please contact support here: https://truckersmp.com/support/tickets
