Screen is alot smaller than it used to be.

After attempting to get my graphics to look more realistic, It kept on crashing my game so I tried to revert the options. After reinstalling the entire game the in game display is alot smaller than it used to be and leaves a large blackscreen area around the game screen. I've checked the config file and it's 1920x1080 and the in game one is the same. 

Anyone got any ideas?

Regarding to your issue, you may want to go to:

C:\Users\edwin\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2

and delete config.cfg file, then restart the game again.
