INSTALLATION ERROR!

Hello everyone, I downloaded the TruckersMP Application during the day, but during the installation I am facing this problem right where I am going to enter the game.. please help

First of all, Welcome in Help Section on TruckersMP Forums. 

 

Im sorry to hear, that you are having issues with installation of TruckersMP Launcher, anyway, I will try to help you as soon as possible. 

 

Here, I will post a some possible solutions regarding your issue. Hopefully, they will fixed your problem  

 

As first step please uninstall everything about TruckersMP Launcher - here you have a stepsl, how to do that: 

1. Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
2. Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)
3. Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
4. Go to documents and delete this folders called (ETS2MP, ATSMP) 
5. Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
6. Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/
7. Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates"

 

 

I am going to explain you how to do a good instalation without problems: 

1. Firstly, download the launcher from TruckersMP Website: https://truckersmp.com/download 
2. Click on download and wait until finish
3. Then please go to your Downloads, find the folder, that is called TruckersMP launcher_1004 and unpack it. 
4. After that, open the folder launcher_1004 and open it. 
5. Choose which game you want to install   
6. Then you have choose your path to the games, and after that it will start to install TMP Launcher 
   •  In most cases, the path will look like "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\American Truck Simulator" or "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2". (Depends, where is the game installed)
   • 

 

 

After installing process, please click on TruckersMP Launcher icon on your desktop and launch it as administrator (right click - run as administrator)

I can’t see any issue in your screenshots. Can you give more details related to it? By the way we can help you.

Every time I say upload, it downloads the files seen in 2 pictures.

Can you connect to a different internet connetion and press F1 key when you start the launcher as an admin?

I can't connect to a different internet because it's a desktop computer, try with vpn, but still the same problem, there are 2 files in the pictures..
