I have this problem since months but now i wanna know if its fixable?

TruckersMP has disabled this feature months ago. As of now it is not possible anymore to see other players Steam avatars next to their name. 
 

However, they are working on getting TruckersMP avatars to be displayed next to your name in game (if I remember correctly). This is still WIP though.

Hello @Jayk0b, As mentioned Above this feature was disabled by TMP months ago, as Game moderators couldn't really tell people to chance their steam profile, as steam is an external site with its own rules. 

The developers did mention at some point they would be coming back but they would use the profile you have set on TMP, this is to be able to better manage peoples avatars under the TMP rules.
