Hi. The radio skipping problem can be caused by multiple reasons. Usually it's the internet connection on your end that could be bad even if you don't notice it in-game or i had an instance where it was skipping all of the stations and that was a problem on the game's end. It got fixed by it's own some days after. Now that's what I experienced.

Hello there @sie1984!

First up, welcome to the TruckersMP Forum, and thank you for using the Forum to gain some insight in regards to your specific issue! 

As mentioned before this is usually as a result of poor internet connectivity either from your side or the station side, however I found that at setting the station you prefer to one of your favorites reduces the amount of skipping. 
For this to work you can only have 1 (at a time) station set as your favorite. So if you have multiple favorited station it will skip to the next available favorited station and so on.

Try to delete the sound and rafio files of ETS 2 separately. You can find them in your steam library. 

After that you have to check your game through steam, steam will detect the missing parts. (use the steam check function which you can find in the options after you click with the right mouse button on the game). 

 

Check the game directory with steam twice and then try it again.
