Belgium & Netherlands revamp may kill CD Road

If the Benelux will be revamped - I hope they will do it because it really needs a revamp - then I think that the players will still take the same route, but then with the changed roads

I don't think SCS will remove any roads with the updates - Every update so far has only updated the existing roads and intersections...plus, part of the C-D road was already somewhat updated back in 1.3x

Yeah, they probably have updated the French and German part, but not the Belgian and Dutch part

I don't think they would remove the C-D road, and if they did, I think they would just bring it back because removing the C-D road wouldn't be received so well. If they did though then  there'll probably be some other road people will use.

My best bet? They are going to make CD a double lane road as IRL this road is an actual 2 lane highway.

If you look at a roadmap of Belgium and compare it to SCS, You'll see the E40 from Calais all the way to Bruges, then it kinda keeps going as the E34 towards antwerp,  then from Antwerp all the way into Duisburg.

Aditionally, I hope SCS is adding the city Antwerp or at least the port.

Hello, Even if that road is history, a different point will definitely be in the same crowd. For example, Oslo-Bergen roads were very popular at one time, and there was also a mine road in Italy and it was very popular.

Except those are paid expansions and a lot of these trolls don't want to pay. I also took a look at the road on Google Maps.

I actually don't know if i was following CD Road on the map. Even looking at the scaling. Where 43 & 1 meet, that would put the Duisburg end roughly here (just a guess).
