Decline and report the admin. Not only is it not professional of that staff member to enable rule breaking. But they could be needed elsewhere instead of making a montage of this.

Even at peak times, i've tried using the in game report system for legit offenses and the system would always return "no action taken" because the admin(s) never got around to it.
