Hey there,

 

If the update doesn't solve this issue, I would suggest for you to completely reinstall TruckersMP (and onto a different disk/partition if possible). I would recommend during this process deleting your ETS2MP folder from your documents, and the folders created by the launcher in %appdata% too. This will reset everything and could fix anything that was interfering with your launcher.
