TruckersMP with promods version 1.40

i want to play TruckersMP with ProMods on the promods server. but when I then click on the server and then on join the server, a message appears that I am missing 1 promods file while I have downloaded all files and enabled them in the right order. but truckersmp does not allow me on the promods server. I've already created a new profile but that doesn't help either. and reinstalling doesn't help either. anyone have any idea what I can do about it?

Please check your promods installation location again,it should be in \Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\mod

 

Make sure their names match exactly:

 

promods-def-st-v255.scs

promods-assets-v255.scs

promods-map-v255.scs

promods-media-v255.scs

promods-model1-v255.scs

promods-model2-v255.scs

promods-model3-v255.scs

 

These files are only optional, if you want Middle East add-on:

 

promods-me-defmap-v255.scs

promods-me-assets-v255.scs

Did you also download the DEF file and put it in the mod folder?

If you did. Start ETS in singleplayer and activate the ProMods there and try again.

can you provide us with a screenshot of the promods files? just guessing it might be the def file but first i have to see what files you have and in which folder you put them in just to make sure.

also promods has been updated to v2.55

Heya! Make sure you extracted every file except the DEF file. So that way once the file is extracted you get the asset files etc.

Along with that of course put them in the mods folder.

Hey there!

 

Please show us a screenshot of your mod folder on which we can see the file names and sizes. In many cases, the files are simply named incorrectly and while this does not cause issues in the singleplayer mode (at least not in all cases), TruckersMP will then have problems finding the respective files.
