Firstly, you can take a look here at the launcher issues (yours is listed at the bottom, with an example screenshot): In addition, taking a look at some other topics with possible solutions already given would be a good idea. 0 Guest Posted April 29, 2021 Share Posted April 29, 2021 Hai @keremkoc001, Please follow the steps below; 1- Go to "This PC" and copy/paste this path C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache & C:\Windows\Temp\WebCache (if available). 2- Delete all files from both folders. 3- Launch the launcher and try again.
