Since everyone is busy with their friends, work or hobbies in the morning it usually starts in the afternoon until midnight but like everyone else, I prefer to spend time on the road with my friends in the evenings.

from what I can tell, from around 14:00UTC (16:00 CEST) to around 00:00 UTC (02:00 CEST). It's usually later on weekends though

In my time zone (EST), people play more during the morning so let’s say from when I wake up so around 7am-12pm and then it gets less popular around 3pm-5pm, but it depends on what day it is, weekends are busier but since it’s summer and covid restrictions are lifting people are going on vacation, also of the 1.41 update but it’ll get back to almost 4000+ players most likely when school starts

To answer your question, people used to play a lot between 6 to 12 PM GMT, long waiting on the queue.

 

And now servers are half empty cause lemme guess many players are trying out the new SCS features etc.

 

Sooner or later they'll return back.
