Applying the same feature to the feedback system will make others more aware of the waiting period and time of procession of their ticket. Phon Posted October 17, 2023 Share Posted October 17, 2023 Hey, The load on feedback is never severe enough to warrant any real delay in replies, with the rare exception of Game Moderation Management tickets due to the high influx. Even so, we believe that these tickets are responded to in a timely manner. This is largely due to the drastically low number of feedback tickets we get compared to reports.
