How much will it take the creator of truckers mp to transfer the game client to the latest version 1.40? I can't wait anymore because they really tried with this update.

Unfortunately there is no ETA as to when TruckersMP will be updated to 1.40. So the only thing you can do is tot wait patiently. However I can assure you that they are working very hard to get this update out to us as soon as they can.
