*Massive FPS Drop when opening TAB Menu*

Sry for posting this in the maybe wrong forum. 

 

There's a Question,more Precise, a Problem, which is ghosting in my Mind for Quite a while. I'm getting Massive FPS Drops when opening up the TAB Menu, so It often happens, that I'm receiving upto 20 FPS Minus when opened the TAB Menu in moderately Populated Areas. Where could the Problems Issue be?

 

My System:

- Intel Core i5 7400 @3.5 Ghz

- AMD Radeon RX 580 SC Reference Design

- 16.344 GB of RAM

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the problem you are having. Frame drops while opening the tab bar is a problem that I have heard of quite a few times over time. Personally, I also had this problem. Thankfully, there is a solution that works for most players that experience this problem. Hoping this will help you, I invite you to follow these few steps:

• Go to your Steam library;

• Click on your ETS 2 game and select "play";

• Select "Launch with OpenGL" 64 bit;

• Drive a short distance in-game, then save your game;

• Launch TruckersMP

Okay. Thank you Really much for your Helpful answer, @DJ ccowie! It stays stable. This Ticket can now be closed, but sth to Admit, when I tried to buy a Skoda, I could choose Police Stuff, which Is normally Hidden.
