report Am i in the wrong?

Hi guys,

 

I was driving on the Kirkines Road on promods and i got reported by a other player saying i was driving to slow.

 

My question is i was driving on the gravel road doing 40. what in my opinion is a nice speed to drive on gravel. the driver behind me tought otherwise. he reported me for doing 40 in a 70.

 

So my question to you guys is was i wrong for doing 40 or should i speed it up to 70 (what way to reckless is and slippery)?

You most likely will not get banned. §2.3 - Blocking does not say going slow is not allowed.

 

§2.3 - Blocking*

Restricting a user's travel path, blocking entrances to highways or other entry points or anything similar. Failure to use the service feature (F7+Enter) when needed might result in a punishment.

If you were driving at 40 you were driving at an appropriate speed. If another user wanted to drive at high speed, the user could overtake you but not report you because you were not breaking any rules.

Remember, you must respect the rules of TruckersMP and worry about yourself, if another user wants to drive at high speed is that user's problem, and that user will have the consequences if he break the rules of TruckersMP for having driven at high speed, such as losing control the truck and cause accidents.
