Phon Posted March 1, 2021 Share Posted March 1, 2021 Add-On Team Recruitment From the 5th March until the 31st March, we will be looking for talended individuals to join our Add-On Team. The Add-On Team is responsible for creating official content for the TruckersMP modification. This content can be anything from 3D models to new map areas and updates. You will be a part of a team of passionate individuals that craft quality modifications for the online truck sim community. You must be able to make high-quality content, work well as a team and understand what players want. You will also work closely and communicate with the Event Team & Media Team when creating new content. Core Requirements: Have good knowledge of TruckersMP and the rules Must be a member of TruckersMP for at least 12 months Must be registered on the TruckersMP forum for at least 6 months No bans, Discord / Forum punishments in the last 12 months Must have no more than 3 bans in the last 24 months Activity on either the forum or official Discord guild is a plus Must have overall good behavior, which includes in-game, forum, Discord and our official social media pages Language skills - English is necessary; being bilingual will be an advantage. Good communication skills Resilient, active and flexible Ability to work within a team and on your own at times - independence is a must Eager to learn and progress your knowledge Organized and adaptive Be able to accept constructive criticism Previous experience is an advantage, but not a necessity Additional skills which are beneficial for this position: Problem solver Knowledge of at least one of the following: 3D Modelling Texture Creation Animations using Blender Map editing (using the map editor built into Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator) Units (also known as definition files used by Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator) Strong knowledge of save editing You must meet at least ONE of the following criteria and ONE of the additional skills mentioned above: Knowledge about player trends in TruckersMP that would help when planning content Examples of your previous modifications (for Euro Truck Simulator 2 or American Truck Simulator) You MUST provide examples of your work in your application.
