I want to start a VTC, but where do I make a wabsite for my VTC and how can I add it to discord?

You can make a website using a service such as Wix.com or Wordpress.

I'd suggest watching some YouTube tutorials on how to use these services, as that will be a lot clearer.

 

Once you've got a website, you can post the link onto a Discord channel in your server.

To create a VTC you don't need a website, you just need to go to : https://truckersmp.com/vtc and create your VTC there.

Regarding your inquiry about starting your own VTC, I do recommend having a look at the following link as it will explain you how to start/create your own VTC on the TruckersMP page.

Alternatively, if you know anyone that is good at developing websites you could as well ask them in order to let someone do it in a professional way. 
However, many small VTC's especially build their websites using free website builders. So that would be definitely a good start for you to go.

You can create your data by clicking here.

To set up a website, you must have a hosting and domain. Detailed information is required. It would be correct to get help from someone who knows.

To set up the vtcye discord address you will install, you must follow the steps below.

Click on the first option

 

 

Indicate that you are a community by clicking on the part I showed with the arrow

 

 

Then, after setting the server name and picture, you can create discord by clicking the button I pointed with the arrow.
