I've been in this situation before, but mine is to fill the gas door by himself. I step on the gas pedal every time. It's fine. You can try to step on the brake.

Hey, Today i am going to show you how to fix the bug in which you can't move even though Air Pressure Brakes are disabled.

First of all check If Air Pressure Brakes is turned off: 

 

 

Reason: When you hold the Brake button then press on Y (chat) which opens the chat and the truck will be stuck

Solution: All you need to do is press S once more!

 

 

And that is it, your truck should now be able to move!

if it low break pressure there is a option in settings to disable it like i have otherwise when im in traffic i would always be out of pressure its very unrealistic tho
