As you can see on the top right it says [Loading in web reporting system: HEAVY], which means there is a high demand for reports on the website, for now we just have to wait until they review their report.

 

It is normal that it takes a few days or weeks, you have to be patient, at some point they will review it and make a decision towards the user.
