Can't uninstall winter mod

As said in the title i am unable to delete the snow in game, i have seasonal effects disabled and there is no "Mods" tab as shown in other tutorials. Is there a physical file i can delete?

Hi,

 

to remove winter mod go to Documents\ETS2MP\mods and delete all files in the mods folder. Now winter mod should be removed.
