Save issue

Hi,

Yesterday I check the integrity of my ATS files. Then when I went to play TruckersMP, my player level went back a few levels and my truck also went back to the way it was a few levels back.

Anyway to fix this and the bigger question, how to prevent this in the future.

During the file verification process, it's normal for your Game saves to be corrupted or out of date.

 

The reason is as follows

 

If it finds a missing file in file validation, it will replace it with a new one. therefore if a missing file is found (with your game save) it will replace with a new one, And most of your data is deleted , If you take your (game save) to the desktop before verifying the file and put it back after the verification is finished, it will not be a problem.

Thanks for the reply and I will bring my save to the desktop in the future.

When it was done validating it, it didn't replace any files. Just thought i would mention that.

Hi, No the problem isn't fixed. I'm still trying to get my old save file back
