So here goes: Shashlik; Steaks (medium rare preferably); Goulash; 'Plov'; Cutlets (especially Kyiv); Omelette; Salmon; Hard-boiled eggs; Pizza; Spaghetti; Lasagna; Pancakes (basically, almost any sort of pancake goes...) 'Zeppelins' (Cepelinai); Kugel (potato); Chicken; sometimes I do a "sin" and get wrap kebab or burger ; Pelmeni; And many other dishes/meals...
