ERROR 521

[Xetron]

Hello, likes few other players today I can't install uptades error 521 message appear. I've tried to reinstall it, restart computer, launch as administrator and pres F1 and other solutions propose in other topic for the same problem but nothing is working. Someone have a solution for it ? Thqnks for your help.

Hi Xetron,

 

I had the same issue and waited 30 minute/hour and retried it worked and downloaded all the data.

 

Please keep trying it should work.

Sorry to hear that, I will give you some tips to follow, hope I can help you.

 

Solution 1:
Have you tried to check your game?
> Go to the Steam library
> Right click on Euro Truck Simulator 2
> Properties
> Local files
> Check the integrity of the game files
Wait for the game files to be verified and try if the error persists.

Solution 2:
> Press Windows key + R (Win + R) on your keyboard
> Type "% programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)
> Find the "TruckersMP" folder and delete this folder.
> Go to (C) \ Program Files \ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
> Go to our website and download and install Launcher again with administrator privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/

Solution 3:
you must run TruckersMP as administrator. This is really important.
Also try running TruckersMP from DirectX (64)
> Go to the Steam application
> Go to library
> Go to ETS2 / ATS
> Click "Play"
> Select 'Start With DirectX (64 bit)'. Make sure you have selected 64 bit. "
> ETS2 / ATS home page
> Select your profile and press 'Go'
> first ETS2 / ATS
> Run TruckersMP as administrator. TruckersMP will start with DirectX forever. Unless I change it again.

Solution 4:
> Update your graphics driver.
> Do not use unsupported modifications.
In addition, too many mods can crash the game.
> Delete ETSMP documents / files (make a backup copy of this file before deleting)
> This may be because the game file is missing. Go to the Steam library / right-click Euro Truck Simulator 2 / Properties / Local files / Check the integrity of the game files.

Hello, I factory reset my internet and opened the truckmp installer then updated it fixed the problem
