Hey @Inowx[FR]

Have you tried validating your game files via right clicking ETS2 -> Properties -> Verify integrity of game files? This may allow the game to allow itself to forcefully update itself. Also, check the download section at the bottom and verify that there are no pending downloads for ETS2 awaiting download.
