You can drive them elsewhere like the Kirkenes quarry which is what I do and you won't get auto kicked but can't deliver anywhere outside of Finland. Also if you try teleporting to service it will only teleport you to a Finland repair station. You need to use autosaves if you get trolled or else it might take awhile to get back to where you were. Some jobs have load places (white load region) bugged through fence or some obstacle. And it seems, that game thinks, that i have single trailer (in mp), so it spawns cargos normally. I am not sure about this thought... But I think, that this does not work with standart (not modded) double trailers/HCTs, am I right? (cargos only in Finland...) Hello, sorry for the delayed response time. The HCT trailers will only ever naturally spawn cargo in finland. If you'd like it anywhere else you need to save edit it. Using Virtual speditor is currently the only way to do this. Yes its un stable and yes it does take a while.
