I cannot drive the truck when I enter the game, I cannot move the mouse and I get errors like this. please help me.sorry my english

Hello, 

 

This solution should fix the problem.

 

Delete the following files:

 

Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/config.cfg

Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/profiles/<profilehexcode>/config.cfg

Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/profiles/<profilehexcode>/controls.sii

 

Then try again.

 

The profile hexcode differs for each profile. The correct profile folder is usually the folder that has been recently changed.

Hello there!,

 

Try the following:

 

-Re download your game

 

-Re download TMP (if you're trying in TMP)

 

-Check integrity of game files

 

 

Also, if you're not able to see the drive button in the bottom left corner then put your resolution down possibly.

I hear the engine sound but there is a black screen

Hello, 

 

Please  try this Steps:

 

  • Search in your System for the Name -> regedit
  • After you opened it search for the Names -> TruckersMP and ETS2MP
  • Delete all the Files what regedit is searching for you
  • Turn off your Anti Vir
  • Download the Launcher new from there -> https://truckersmp.com/download
  • Install the Launcher
  • Start the Launcher with -> Admin
  • Should this Steps still not fix your Problem, please create some Support ticket over
  • there and explain what you already did -> https://truckersmp.com/support
