Where I can get winter mod?

Your arcitle says that for frosty_8.scs's sha-1 is 87384506452883BDF1094D27710AFFFB7CF6D8A7, but I got 8BAE7ED44CDA4BF96FD5AAB1BF79C9D5A03566CD. Tried twice and got same results. frosty_heavy_winter_8.scs don't have this issue.

Please reconfirm the installation location of Winter Mod: (You can find some information here.)

And verify the integrity of the Winter Mod: frosty_8

Currently, TruckersMP not supports the following mods:

 

ETS2:

- frosty_physics

-frosty_heavy_winter_8.scs

ATS2:

-frosty_physics

-frosty_heavy_winter_3_0.scs

Sorry if this isn't the right place to write this, but I'm getting the same issue.
I downloaded the files from https://sharemods.com/d41a3vriwxdd/frosty_8.scs.html and got 8BAE7ED44CDA4BF96FD5AAB1BF79C9D5A03566CD.

Both file downloaded in 12/28 08:19(UTC) and the one done now have same SHA-1 starting "8BA".
For "just in case", I payed $1 and downloaded from https://www.fatfreecartpro.com/i/107ha?card , but resulted same.

I don't know what's happening.
