Sound Cutting out? \ Snow Mod wont show

Is it just me or does the sound keep cutting out in trucks and cars?

 

Also I have installed the snow mod and its not showing for me, I have my rain prob set to max

This issue is caused by FMOD sound engine. In areas with over 2/3 players around, the sounds don't work correctly due to complications with this sound engine.

Are you talking about snow falling or snow on the ground?

I am asking because I think I didn't understood well your question about winter mod.

Check if you didn't made any mistake shown in the quote below:

Thanks It came up on the truckersmp launcher and i installed it but it didnt show in the game, I'm now installing "Frosty_8.scs"

Also did you enable seasonal effects ? 

If you open the TAB and go to settings you see seasonal effects you can enable that for the snow.
