Login Problems

Question

When I open the "Truckers MP" shortcut, I get this error.

I have already reinstalled "Euro Truck Simulator 2" twice and reinstalled "Truckers MP" 7 times, but persistently nothing helps. Maybe someone knows what the problem is?

Когда я открываю ярлык "TruckersMP" у меня вылазит вот такая ошибка.

Я уже два раза переустанавливал "Euro Truck Simulator 2" и 7 раз переустанавливал "Truckers MP", но упорно ничего не помогает. Возможно кто-то знает, в чем проблема?

Here I will leave you some steps that may help you:

 

Solution 1:
In order to verify your game cache, go to your 'Library' and find 'Euro Truck Simulator 2'.
Once you find it, 'Right Click' and go to the 'Properties ' tab.
This will open up the properties tab. Go to the third sub-tab that says 'Local Files' where you will be presented with the following options.
Click on the last option to begin the validation process. This might take a few minutes.
Once all the files are validated, if any corrupt instances are found, then Steam will redownload those particular files for you. If not you will be greeted with a box that says no errors.
You have verified your game cache successfully.

 

Solution 2:
"Usually it appears when you try to update the multiplayer launcher with the game open.
First, check if ETS2 process is running. If so, end it and try again. If this doesn't help delete core_ets2mp.dll, re-open launcher and re-download file.  Path: C:\ProgramData\TruckersMP"

 

Solution 3:
Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)
Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges 
Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates"

First off, thank you for creating a topic and welcome to the TruckersMP forum! :)


Solution 1:
> Goto C:\ProgramData\TruckersMP
> Delete both core_ets2mp.dll  files
> Start Truckersmp launcher as administrator and click on install the files.

 

Solution 2:
> Download Ultrasurf.
> Run Ultrasurf.
> Open TruckersMP in Administrator Mode.
> Install the available updates (only the first run with Ultrasurf), wait for it to finish and Launch button appears.
> Exit Ultrasurf
 
Solution 3:
Open any VPN program and try again.
Turn off firewall and anti-virus programs.
Try turning your router off for 1 minute and then turning it back on and see if you still have connection problems
Try clearing your DNS cache, follow this link for the guide https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/CKB/How +To+Clear+Your+DNS+Cache 

 

Solution 4:
1. Run the program as an administrator (right-click the shortcut and select 'run as an administrator' and accept the UAC prompt. 
2. Run TruckersMP in compatibility mode for Windows 10, please follow this guide https://www.laptopmag.com/articles/set-compatibility-mode-windows-10
3. Install these two programs:
.NET Framework 4.6.2: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53344
VisualC++ 2015 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145

Hey @Rodrigo_Jesus,

 

  • Try updating your video card driver.

  • Verify your game files. Steam> Library> Right click on ETS 2> Properties> Local files> Verify integrity of game cache.

  • If you have tampered with the config file, restore it if possible or get a new one. My Documents / Euro Truck Simulator 2 / config.cfg

  • Beware of unsupported mods. 

  • It may be related to your profile file, open a new one.

  • If you are getting this error in crowded areas, it is related to the update coming or your computer.

  • There may be a problem caused by the lack of files, delete the game and reinstall it.

  • Check if you get the error in Singleplayer.

Wow-wow-wow ... To begin with, I would like to thank all those who are not indifferent, because there are really a lot of answers!

 

Believe it or not, I’m apparently so stupid that the very first hint helped me, namely, to run "Truckers MP" with administrator permissions... This is the simplest move that I should have done myself, according to the idea, but I just did not guess!

 

Once again, thanks to everyone who wanted to help me in such a simple situation!
