No profile picture beside username

So I haven't played TMP from July until November when one of my PC component die, and when I have bought a new PC part and able to play TruckersMP again, I noticed that there is no profile picture beside player username. Is this a bug or not? If not, what I should do to turn it on again?

I'm not quite sure it's due to the update as far as I know

No it's not a bug.  This was removed a while ago, you can find the change here: 

 

You cannot enable them at the moment.
