Fatal Error crash

Fatal Error crash

Hello. I bought ets2 a week ago and since then i get an error saying: "fatal error do you want to send the crash log to the developers" and the game crashes.I am not using no mods. It happens every day at every 10-15min of playing. It even happens while on the menu. I searched for this problem but no solution. Please, if you can help me I'm grateful.

Maybe one of these soultions will help you:

Solution 1)

Try running TruckersMP launcher as an administrator.

 

Solution 2)

Try to verify the integrity of the files via Steam. Guide

 

Solution 3)

Go to Documents -> Euro Truck Simulator 2 (or American Truck Simulator), delete config.cfg file and then launch the game.

 

Solution 4)

Run a System file checker on your computer then launch the game in DirectX 64-bit mode. Guide

Hello @DragosB17,

 

Here are the solutions listed:

 

1.) Verify your Game
> Go to Steam Library
> Right click Euro Truck Simulator 2
> Properties
> Local Files
> Verify Integrity of Game Files
Wait until the game is loaded and try to get in game

 

2.)

> Press Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
> Write %programdata% and press Enter.

> Find the TruckersMP folder and delete it.
> Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the TruckersMP Launcher folder
> Re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/

 

3.) Try to start TruckersMP with DirectX (64)
> Go to your steam App
> Go to the library
> Go to ETS2
> Click Play 
> Choose "Launch with DirectX (64-bit).
> Start ETS2
> Choose your profile and press drive
> Close ETS2
> Start TruckersMP as admin.
