Hey there,

In addition to the troubleshooting steps mentioned above, I also have a few things to add in case something doesn't work.

> After opening CMD as administrator, you can use the sic /scannow function to check for any corrupt files and then fix them.

> You should also make sure all device drivers are up to date, especially audio and video (GPU) drivers.

I hope this helps and let us know if you need anything else!

Kind Regards,

Stubborn__

Good evening ??,

D3DCompiler_47.dll is one of the many DirectX files that are responsible for running most of the games, and you're probably missing it.

Please, go to the directory C:\Windows\System32 and use the search box in the top right corner to find a file called D3DCompiler_47.dll. If you cannot find it, do the following:

  • Download the file from this link (If your browser says it might be harmful, do not worry, save it)
  • Place it into the C:\Windows\System32 folder
  • Restart your computer

If this won't help, try to download and run DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer (CAUTION! This installer asks you on the second screen to install the Bing toolbar. I highly suggest you unticking the checkbox!)

Please, let us know if your problem has been resolved ?

Kind Regards
