Hello @ugogatto!

First off, Thank you for creating a topic on forum.  


To help assist with the issue you're currently facing, have a look at this article. (https://truckersmp.com/knowledge-base/article/18
The Article serves as a guide to correctly installing TruckersMP as well. Make sure you followed each and every step of the guide correctly. 
I would suggest you to delete the launcher and reinstall the launcher whilst following the above mention guide.

Hello @ugogatto :) 

 

 

Mostly, this problem occurs due to incorrect game folder specified. It can also happen after reinstalling the operating system or steam. First of all, you have to make sure that this is the cause of the problem. To make sure of this, you must do the following:

STAGE 1

1-Steam> Library> Open games

2-Right click on Euro Truck Simulator 2 and open properties.

3-When the Properties window opens, enter the LOCAL FILES tab and click BROWSE LOCAL FILES

4-A folder containing the game files opens. Note the location of this folder.

STAGE 2

1-Open "Run" with Windows + R keys on your keyboard

2- Type regedit and enter it.

3-Find the location of 3-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ TruckersMP.

4- Open the "InstallLocationETS2" parameter value.

If there is a difference:

> Copy the address of the Step 1 folder.

> Double click on the "InstallLocationETS2" parameter value and replace it with the address there.

 

 

Now the problem should be resolved if the game version meets the multiplayer requirements. Remember, always run launcher as administrator!
